The live shows filmed for "All Day & All Night: Memories from Beale Street Musicians" took place in the late 80's on Beale Street and at Mallard's at the famous Peabody Hotel.

Portions of these live performances are seen in the film, but the complete recordings are being released now for the first time.

Performers on the album include: B.B. King, Rufus Thomas, Ruby Wilson, Evelyn Young, Fred Ford, Honeymoon Garner, Booker T. Laury, and Rev. "Gatemouth" Moore.
